Terms and Conditions

All prices on the Hotel Vibæk Strand website are in Danish kroner. The amounts include Danish VAT (25%). We reserve the right to make adjustments due to changes in taxes, as well as external price and currency fluctuations. We reserve the right to authorize your credit card.

If you have booked one or more nights on our website, you can make changes in writing—such as shortening your stay or canceling your reservation entirely—by contacting the hotel at kontakt@hotelvibaekstrand.dk

You can cancel a reservation in full up until the day before arrival.

For corporate events, meetings, and conferences, as well as group and corporate solutions, individual terms can be arranged.
